Ghost dancers, Ballet Rambert at Sadlers Wells
16th - 20th May
One of Rambert's most celebrated works returns to Sadler's Wells for the first time in 14 years. Ghost dancers stalk the stage in Christopher Bruce's masterpiece, created as a tribute to victims of oppression in South America. Day of the Dead celebrations and Latin American folk music are visually referenced in dances full of joy, sadness and compassion.

Giacomo Balla: Designing the Future Estorick Gallery

The exhibition comprises 116 works loaned by the the Biagiotti Cigna Collection – one of the largest collections of Balla's works in the world. Assembled by the renowned Italian fashion designer Laura Biagiotti and her husband Gianni Cigna. Works on show encompasses figurative painting and drawing, abstraction and applied art and many of Balla's fashion-related designs alongside actual items of Futurist furniture and clothing.

They're not really criminals, but everybody's got to have a dream. Wes Anderson's 1996 debut feature is fresh, funny and unfashionably both upbeat and offbeat. It's a terrific film about a band of slightly addled young criminal wannabes. Late Nights at the Screen are back with an incredible after-hours line up of cult classics.
